When we provide a quote, it's our best guess estimate based on the information you provided us about the condition of your home. If feel we can't get the house clean as quoted, we will notify you immediately to give you the option to add more time at an additional cost or set priorities for what we will focus on cleaning.
We don't do in-home estimates. We base your quote on the square footage of the home and the information you provide us concerning the condition of the house.
We will bring the equipment and cleaning products needed to clean your home. We use Better Life products that are much more effective than "grocery store" products.
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know. You can hide a key, give us the door code or we can maintain a key in the office so we can access your house on cleaning day.
We do our best to be "right on time." But, we do have a one-hour arrival window to account for traffic, going over on the previous house or weather. If we are going to be more than 30 minutes early or late we will call you.
No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or a pre-determined number of appointments. We hope that our quality will keep you on our schedules!
For cleanings under 4 hours we only send one cleaner. For longer cleanings, we will send two or more cleaners. You can expect our cleaning crew to be there for half the day (larger cleans).
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We hire for integrity and train for skill.
